Privacy Statement
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees can access visitor information when necessary. We regularly review our systems and data to provide the best service possible. However, if required by law, we must disclose personal information.
Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. Client records are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party, except for our agents and manufacturers/suppliers, or if required by law.
Clients have the right to request copies of their records, provided they give us reasonable notice. We encourage clients to keep copies of any literature related to our services. When necessary, we will provide clients with relevant written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of our agreed contract, benefiting both parties.
Any information collected while you navigate our site is reviewed internally and then discarded. Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining it.
Delivery Charges and Information
Our primary carriers for worldwide shipping are DHL, FedEx, and Sky Net Courier.
Delivery Times:
DHL and FedEx Priority Mail: 4 to 5 days.
DHL Parcel Post: Up to 2 weeks for USA or Canada, and up to 2-3 weeks for Hawaii and Alaska.
We may also use other courier services that best suit the delivery location.
Important Information:
Delivery Guarantee: We do not take responsibility for guaranteed delivery. The shipping company provides us with tracking information and is responsible for the guarantee of delivery.
Shipping as a Favor: We do not own a shipping company. We ship goods as a favor to our clients to save them from additional hassles. Therefore, we do not take responsibility for lost shipments.
Lost Shipments: In case of a lost shipment, the client will either have to pay the production charges again or cover the shipping charges if the shipping company does not waive them.
Canceling an Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days of making the payment. Please keep in mind that VIBGYOR SPORTS produces custom-made products based on your order. If the garment you ordered has passed the two-day cancellation period, it cannot be canceled, regardless of the order's nature or stage.
Once the ordered goods have been delivered to you or are in transit, cancellation is not possible, as all our products are made to your custom measurements or specifications.
If you fail to respond or approve any sample emailed/sent to you within a month, your order will automatically be canceled. In such cases, your order amount will be credited back to you after deducting the setup charges, depending on the progress made on your order.
Delays in Delivery
To ensure timely delivery, please make sure all contact details, including the delivery address, are accurate. You or someone you nominate should be available to accept and sign for the delivery when it arrives.
VIBGYO SPORTS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement. We are also not responsible if the delivery address is closed or inaccessible when the postal service or courier attempts delivery.
We use reputable postal services or courier companies to ship your orders. Once the goods are dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for any delays or lost deliveries.
Refund Policy
At VIBGYOR SPORTS, we are committed to providing strictly quality-controlled goods according to our high standards. We follow the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Any changes during production will be notified and confirmed by the customer.
Important Information:
No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds for customized goods once the order has been placed or shipped. To ensure your specifications are met, you can request pictures, video conferences, or any other possible means to review your order.
Changes to Garments: You can change the garment if the sample has not been approved for bulk production or shipped out. If changes are needed after shipping, you will need to pay for the shipment and re-shipment of the garment.

Fabric Specification
At VIBGYOR SPORTS, we offer full customization options for any product you'd like to get manufactured. However, for smaller quantities, we source ready-made fabric from the market that matches the color and fabric specifications as closely as possible, based on availability at that time.
For fabrics with unusual blends, achieving 100% accuracy requires knitting the fabric from scratch. This is possible for a minimum order quantity of at least 1,000 pieces. For these orders, we will not only provide the required fabric but also a lab test report detailing the exact specifications.
Commencement of Turnaround
Please note that the turnaround time begins once you approve the order summary, which will be sent to you within 24 hours of your payment. Customers are required to thoroughly review the order summary, as no changes can be made once it has been forwarded to the production department.
Delays in Production
The production of your custom-made apparel depends on clear communication with your relationship manager at VIBGYOR SPORTS. Our production time pauses when we are waiting for your approval, which can extend the overall timeline.
Additionally, production may be delayed due to fabric availability and other unforeseen issues. The 17-business day timeframe is a rough estimate provided to all customers. Generally, orders are completed sooner. We will continuously communicate with you throughout the production process and inform you of any delays as they occur.
Delays in Approval for Shipment
VIBGYOR SPORTS can store your products for only 15 days once production is completed. After 15 days, a storage fee of $50.00 per day will apply. If we don't hear from you within a month, we won't be responsible for the goods unless you choose to pay additional storage fees.
We aim to ship your goods in perfect condition and seek your approval before shipping. If you don't respond within the given time, VIBGYOR SPORTS reserves the right to ship the goods without your approval, and we won't be responsible for any faulty products.
If there is no response after two months, the order will be automatically canceled without a refund.
